Hey Hiro! Lovely post. I am also not a Yoga person, but I did find mediation/mindfulness helpful for gradually widening that space between stimulus and response. I used pretty mainstream stuff like Headspace and guided meditations by Andrew Johnson and Jack Kornfield. YMMV! Hope you and the family​are doing well!

Thank you!! I might give something a try, even if it’s just some calming classical music. There are just too many voices chirping around in my head these days (alongside 2 screaming babies) 😂
